You are not dreaming - we are back!! 

Unprecedented times call for unprecedented and craaazy ideas!

Our fine friends and amazing hosts at Bivouac reached out to the committee a couple of weeks a with "crazy idea" as they put it. "What about if we threw a Beer and Beef via take-away"!! So, after a view conversations around logistics and planning, we are incredibly stoked to be able to present the very first "Beer and Beef Club - Remote" get together.

And a very warm welcome and hearty thank you to Matt Holden from Distributors Grape & Grain who is availing us to the cream of the crop from his portfolio.  We will be introduced to four brewers recent releases exceptional frothies: 

v  Sauce Brewing Co. (Marrickville, Sydney) Piss-Weak Session IPA 3.5%

v  La Sirene (Derebin Creek, Melbourne) Citray Sour 4.5%

v  3 Ravens (Thornbury, Victoria) Juicy New England IPA 6% Head Brewer, Brendan O’Sullivan originally from Perth

v  Boston Brewing Co. (Denmark, WA) The Right Nut Brown Ale 5.7%

Okay, let's get down to the business end and how it will come together!

The incredible team at Bivouac will prepare it all and package it up for you to collect between 2pm - 5pm on the Wednesday afternoon. It will only require basic reheating and assembling.

You will receive videos for the evening from Frankie (Head Chef) and Matt, Anthony and Jeremy who will share tasting notes of both the meal and the beers and they're putting together a Spotify playlist for us to listen to whilst enjoying the fine feed.

At only $50 - this amazing feed accompanied by the 4 beers is fantastic value!

How Will it Work?

- Collect your pack from Bivouac between 2-5pm on Wednesday afternoon

- Sign into the zoom meeting at 6.30pm with the link we'll send you

- We'll "seat" you with 4 or 5 others in break out Zoom rooms (more than happy to arrange groups upon request) for some chat and then we'll bring everyone back into the main "room" for the formalities - like a normal lunch - and then you'll break out again to your "tables" to continue your chats

- You'll have a link for the Spotify playlist and also instructions on when to re-heat the main meal and timings for the beers

- We'll have videos to stream to you for the tasting notes on the beers and food, prepared by the chef and brewer
