Entree: Appetisers & Running with Thieves Rice Lager

First course: Beef sarma cigars & Running with Thieves Pale Ale

Second course: Beef stroganoff with soft polenta & Running with Thieves Dark Lager

 

Make sure you grab your tickets before 12:30pm Friday 17th May so that you don't miss out!

Hi Gents, 

 

The May 2024 Luncheon is being held at King Somm Bar in Bayswater!

 

The Beer & Beef Club is no stranger to Anthony Princi and his fantastic team. Their food and drink empire continues to expand to now include Juanita's Bar in Subiaco and King Somm in Bayswater. 

 

King Somm, much like Juanita's, is about that 'neighbourhood bar' atmosphere - a place where the staff know your name and the place feels like home. Princi and his team have worked hard to create a cruisy and laid-back style to their bars, creating a welcoming place that everyone can enjoy. 

 

The head chef at King Somm, Luke Foyle, will be serving up a delicious 2-course meal. The beer sponsor will be announced shortly so keep your eyes and ears open!

 

 

Ticket sales will end at 12:30pm on Friday 17th May with only 40 seats available so don't delay!

 

Just a few quick "house-keeping" reminders:

• Please inform your guest of our dress standards - jacket and tie are compulsory - dress jeans/chinos are perfectly okay;

• The lunch is a strict 1:00pm start - the committee are still in set up phase prior to this (please inform your guests of this as well);

• When you book a ticket for your guest, please be sure to enter their name so we can arrange badges - as well as their email so a copy of the ticket is sent to them;

• Remember to drink responsibly and look after your mates;

• Finally, the club is about true fellowship, so when you introduce your guest(s) - it's not so much about their business and telling the room they should see them for "x" service - it's more about how you've met them and why they'd enjoy the lunch - it's more important to focus on the fellowship aspect, rather than introducing a networking flavour. Set the expectation for them right from the start so they can relax and just enjoy the day.
