October 2026 Fundraising Luncheon in support of RUAH

Our Final Year Supporting RUAH Community Services

The Beer & Beef Club's biggest event of the year is back, and this one counts. After three years alongside RUAH Community Services, this is our final year as their partner, and we intend to go out with our biggest total yet in the fight against domestic violence here in WA.

Huge thanks to the team at Blasta Brewing, who are not only hosting us but coming on board as our event sponsor.

This special afternoon is open to all guests aged 18+. We encourage our members to invite their wives, partners, friends, colleagues, and of course those with the deepest pockets, to help us raise vital funds for victims looking to escape violence and rebuild their lives.

Three years, one last push. Expect:

• Live & silent auctions

• Plenty of great food, cold drinks, and fellowship

Every ticket purchased, every bid placed, and every raffle entered helps make a real difference. We have set the bar high, so bring your mates and bring your wallet.

Tables of 10

Tables of 10 are being released first for those who want to lock in a full table. Individual ticket bookings open once the table allocation closes, so if you are bringing a group, now is the time to move.

Ticket sales close COB Friday 23rd October, but tickets are strictly limited and we expect to sell out well before that.

A few quick "house-keeping" reminders:

• Dress standards: Gents, jacket and tie compulsory, dress jeans or chinos are perfectly okay. Ladies, smart business casual or cocktail.

• Timing: Lunch kicks off with a strict 1:00pm start. The committee will be setting up prior, so please remind your guests not to arrive early.

• Guest details: When booking tickets, please enter your guest's full name and email so they receive their ticket.

• Drink responsibly and look after your mates.

• Fellowship over networking: When introducing your guest(s), it's not about pitching their business or services. Instead, share how you know them and why they'd enjoy the lunch. This helps set the right tone so everyone can relax and enjoy the day.
