Prost! Oktoberfest is Back

The Beer & Beef Club is heading back to the Belgian Beer Café for another Oktoberfest celebration on Friday, 25 September 2026.

Expect an afternoon built around everything we do best: serious beef, outstanding beer and even better fellowship, all with a healthy dose of Oktoberfest spirit.

We’ll be serving up a hearty feast alongside a hand-picked selection of beers worthy of a raised stein. Lederhosen may be optional, but enthusiasm is strongly encouraged.

And of course, there’s the important question...

Last year, everyone walked away with two complimentary beer glasses. What will it be this year?

A few quick housekeeping reminders:

• Dress standards: Jacket and tie are compulsory. Dress jeans or chinos are perfectly fine.

• Timing: Lunch begins with a strict 1:00 pm start. The committee will be setting up beforehand, so please remind your guests not to arrive early.

• Guest details: When booking, please enter your guest’s full name for their badge and email address so they receive their ticket.

• Drink responsibly: Enjoy the afternoon, pace yourself and look after your mates.

• Fellowship over networking: When introducing your guest, forget the sales pitch. Tell us how you know them, what makes them good company and why you thought they’d enjoy the Beer & Beef Club. That’s what keeps the room relaxed and the fellowship strong.

So dust off the jacket, loosen the belt a notch and get ready to raise a glass.
