The committee reminds members that in accordance with the constitution, a quorum of 10 is required and only Financial Members are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. Membership payments will not be collected on the day so please ensure that your membership is paid up at least 24 hours prior to the AGM. The AGM kicks off at 5:30 sharp so please be in attendence 10 minutes before that time.
