Good Afternoon Gents   Further to the announcement at our last lunch, we would like to invite you to attend the AGM for the Club, next Friday before the main event. We do need a quorum of 10 members, so we'd sincerely appreciate your support in attending. Please confirm you are attending by booking a ticket below - no cost of course. The meeting will start at 12.25pm sharp, so please arrive by no later than 12.15pm to get yourself a beer - self funded - have a quick chat and be seated for the meeting to start on time. We will finish the meeting by no later than 12.55pm in readiness for the lunch to start. (As it is an official meeting please limit drinks to one beer) I'll be sending a communication to all attendees for the main lunch that entry will not commence until 1pm. We've had a few lunches now where attendees (both members and guests) are arriving up to 15min before the start and expecting the beer to start flowing.  If we could please you to let your guests know that we have our AGM on and entry to the lunch will commence from 1pm, that would certainly alleviate some pressure. The Agenda will include:  President’s Report for the latest financial year.  Treasurer’s Report for the latest financial year.  Election of Office Bearers to serve on the committee for year to the next Annual General Meeting  Appointment of Honorary Auditor for the current financial year. BUT, one of the Kings of the WA brewing industry, our very own Mark Reilly is how Head Brewer at Ogden's Brewery, home at the Windsor Hotel and they will be hosting us on the 28th. As we sprouted at last month's lunch, October's feast will indeed be held in the Charthouse Restuarant deep in the heart of The Windsor Hotel. I've had numerous calls asking when the invite would be out - so don't delay in booking your tickets so you don't miss out! We do have capacity for 70, so there are no limitations on guest numbers. Gentlemen! Get your appetites ready for this one! Returning to what is without a doubt one of our all time favourites - Side Door!! Famous for their beef short rib, brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, chicken wings and sausage - tender, juicy, packed full of flavour – southern style. This is not a lunch to miss and a great lunch to bring along a guest - OR 5! Hello Gentlemen   What better news could you possibly have at the start of the working week -- that Beer and Beef is Back!!   Yes, you heard it right. We are back in business.   As a show of thanks for working hard to provide us with a unique option during WA's lockdown phase, we are returning to Bivouac for what will be another incredible food experience. And, as something a bit different, which should hopefully provide the opportunity for more of you to join us - we are having this lunch on the last Friday of the month, which just so happens to also be the last day of July.   In other news, the committee would like to share with you that all memberships paid for in 2020 will also cover your membership fees for 2021. We know this has been an unusual situation and many members have continued to support the club, so we would like to say a big thank you by extending your membership. And, if you did decide to cancel over the past couple of months, which we completely understand - we would like to invite you back with the same offer. November Luncheon - the Executive Lounge A new venue for the Club! A new Brewery!  Local WA Beef! The Executive Lounge is a new venture opening on the Rooftop of Quest East Perth at 176 Adelaide Terrace. Spinifex Brewery Co. are launching on 2nd of November and will be sharing their story and their beer.  Local beef will be sourced from GinGin Beef.       

Please join us for our 32nd Annual Fundraiser Lunch proudly supporting Bravery Trust. The lunch will be held at Fraser's Restaurant in King's Park. Bravery Trust provides urgently needed financial support to our veterans and their families who are suffering as a result of their service. The physical and mental impact of service can be overwhelming for our brave families. Help give them the support they deserve.    Please note: If booking a Table of 10, you don't have to provide all guest details at time of booking. An organiser will get in contact to finalise your guests closer to the event.
